Introduction to Dongguan East Station Depot    （Dongxun Depot）

Located at Changping Town, the junction of Beijing-Kowloon Railway and Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and the economic and cultural center of east Dongguan, Dongguan East Station Depot (the Depot) is the only delivery depot of Dongguan East Station. And it is invested and operated by Dongguan Dongxun Logistics CO., Ltd in October 1997, conducting railway transportation, warehousing and transit business.

Large scale - The Depot covers an area of 250 mu, with three railway special lines at total length of 2.8 km, and eight goods transit and trading warehouses of 42,000 square meters. It allows 80 railroad cars simultaneously doing handling operations there and is expected to handle 2,500,000 tons of goods each year. At present, the annual trade volume has been up to more than 1,800,000 tons.

Integrated functions and high efficiency management- The Depot is one of the largest railway depots in Guangdong Province，equipped with capacious platform-style warehouse, bulk cargo platform and large platform for stacked content to offer various goods loading, unloading and dispatching service. In addition, the Depot bosts forktrucks, motocranes, belt loaders and other loading and unloading machines etc., and electronic platform scales with load bearing of 80 tons, being capable of loading and unloading all kinds of goods arrived. The whole range computer management of goods arriving and delivering has been achieved in the Depot, thus allowing quick and convenient goods withdrawing and inquiring, and the Depot offers a whole- time goods withdrawing sevice to the customers.

Convenient transportation- The Depot is located at Changping town with convenient transportation, 28 km from the downtown of Dongguan, 90 km from Guangzhou and 57 km from Shenzhen. And it is provided with superior location with Huizhou to the east, Shenzhen to the south, Guangzhou to the west and several highways crossing here such as Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway and Guangzhou-Huizhou Highway, Dongguan-Shenzhen Highway, Changping-Humen Highway, Longhua-Dalingshan Highway etc, therefore, with roads leading to every direction.
